“The little things? The little moments?

They aren't little.”

-jon kabat-zinn

Our daily lives are built on ritual - regardless if it's routine. Within the regularities and anomalies of our fleeting lives, though, i think we build our fondest memories. it's like a fingerprint, where no individual or collective experience is exactly the same, but nonetheless inherent to our being.

from breakfast in the morning to bedtime stories, we have our own surroundings, our own relationships, our own emotions; our mundane is uniquely ours. these quotidian, fleeting, unassuming moments are what we remember forever.
